Is it worth it trying to create an iPhone app?

I don’t know how to make an iPhone app, but if I find a good developer we can split the profit, but is it even worth it?

The catch is that you can’t know if Apple will let you sell the app until it’s finished and you submit it to them.

You also have to use a Mac and Apple’s developer tools (which are not free) to build the app.

If I were you I would do an Android app instead, for the following reasons:
- There aren’t any “app police” that get to approve or deny your app.
- You can use any PC to build the app and the developer tools are free.
- The number of Android apps and phones is increasing really fast, so it should be a good market.

You’ll need an iOS Dev Center account. You’ll also need to know how to actually develop an app, which is knowledge that Yahoo! Answers isn’t going to give you.

Buy a mac disk and install to your computer so that you can run iphone application on your window XP computer.

My friend has a macbook and he installed XP into it so that he can install some other games. It worked well. After installing mac into your XP, you can choose which one to use(XP or MAC) when the computer is booting up. I think you need to press some buttons in order to get to that page. I’m not sure about how to do it, but you can ask some IT people that you know. Hope this help

Are there any websites that have good iPhone apps that don’t require jailbreaking your phone?

I just bought an iPhone and I want to download some apps. From what I understand, Apple has released the iPhone/iPod Touch SDK earlier this year so therefore there shouldn’t be any reason to have to jailbreak an iPhone any more, right? I want some apps for my phone that don’t require me to jailbreak, for fear of bricking up my new phone. I’ve checked out the apps on the iTunes store and I’ve found a few I like but most of them are lame. I don’t mind paying for apps but i’m not paying $4 to fake like I’m drinking milk or to pop fake bubble wrap, that stuff is useless. Are there any websites that offer any apps like this? If so I’d like to know which ones and what some cool/interesting/neat/useful apps they have.

iphone trouble, doesnt let me get ANY apps?

So i just got the iphone 3g, 8gb, and i try to download apps, the free ones, and it asks me for my security code, i put my security code in, and it tells me im wrong. idk what to do, nothing is working, google isnt helping, so if anyone has the answer it would help alot, thank you. =)

Plug it in to your computer and open itunes click your ipod then click restore then try this will delete every thing on your ipod including your security code

Do you need to use the internet to play games on your iphone 3GS?

Okay, my aunt just got the iphone 3GS, I downloaded a whole bunch of free and paid apps (Tap tap, Pacman, Google Earth, wikipanion, Robot Unicorn attack, etc)

She only has the 200MB data plan, do any of these games need internet?

And is there a way to not use the data and use wifi like the ipod touch?

Usually games does not use internet.. (just stay away from openfeint)
but to make sure, you can go to settings > General > Network
and turn off cellular data…
And you can also turn on wi-fi from Settings > Wi-Fi

Okay so i have a samsung reality. I got in august of 2010. I want to upgrade to the iphone 4S. Im just wondering

[1]if this is still part of the every two plan(which i believe discounts the iphone a little bit).

[2] i am on a 25mb data plan, could i upgrade to the unlimited?

[3] If i cant, what is the best data plan for me?

2. Verizon does not have unlimited plan anymore, it has been removed in the summer times.

3. I recommend the 2G data plan, which is also the cheapest for 30 dollars a month.
