None of them will open (except the built in apple apps such as mail, contacts, phone, etc.), they will just flash to their loading screens for a few seconds and then return to the homescreen of the phone. Neither a soft reset nor a hard reset will fix this. Downloading a free app store won’t fix this either, and I can’t bring it to Apple since it’s jailbroken. I would reset it, but I’m afraid….what to do?
Yes, I have tried that, and I can’t really afford to buy a new phone every few months :/

Have you tried to press the home button and close all apps, then restart your device!

Well if it didn’t work you must connect to iTunes, make a backup, and restore it.
It’s completely safe and won’t hurt your iPhone.
Just notice that depending on how you have JB your phone, some software blocks iTunes from restoring your phone. If that happens, just search the error code on google and you’ll easly find the solution

i have iphone 4 its frimware 4.3.1 and the apps opened and then closed and some times the apps freezed on a black screen so i think i should restore the software or downgrade it so i want to know if its not a trusted thing to do

Not your phone. It’s the apps. They have bugs, or just done work. Usually when you instal apps. It beat to restart phone after installing without opening them. If it continuous to happen wait for there to be am app update, the creator usually fixes it.

How do you make the multi-task stop from draining the battery power on an iPhone 4?

I heard that multi-task makes the battery power get drained faster since all the apps at the bottom of the iphone are running. I was wondering how do I NOT use it. Every time I open an app from the home screen, it ends up being put in the “multi-task bar” at the bottom. I have to delete every app when its put on the multi-task bar which is very annoying.

Multi-task sometimes really boring, but you have to use this function for some apps. The best way is manually close the apps to prevent battery draining.

But if your iPhone 4 has already jail broken, you can find such source in Cydia that would stop multi-task function, but with that will make your iPhone 4 like a iphone 3g which is really slow and weak.

How to close programs on iPhone 4?

So my iPhone has multitasking, and so the program doesn’t really close when I click the home button. This is an assumption based on battery running very quickly and apps starting up really quickly when I re-open it (I’m not very good with these things). So how do I close the programs? They take a lot of battery just running in the background.

2. Verizon does not have unlimited plan anymore, it has been removed in the summer times.

3. I recommend the 2G data plan, which is also the cheapest for 30 dollars a month.

The only difference is that on iTunes from your PC, the download is faster. But syncing times makes it about even.

i just got my iphone yesterday i bought it from ebay its unlocked and jailbroken. the guy that i bought it from already had like 3 apps called NES cydia and something like winter or something i kno that the winter app is for the back round it has like the chromium back round and the red one and other stuff? i dont remember it cause right now the fone is frozen its just black screen with the apple sign and it keeps vibrating like every 3 minutes!!!! but also last night i added like 15 applications lol like the how fast app and like the fortune cookie but i deleted the fortune cookie app because i heard that can be the reason for the screw ups but yeah i dont remember any of the apps PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!1 AND DONT SAY TAKE IT TO APPLE LOL

The newer iPhone has been reported to been have freezing a lot. If you look at the old iPod minis that is what happened. So I would suggest to go back to the store you got it at, or a Mac store. Or go to www.itunes.com or ipod.com. I can’t remember, and ask to be refunded, within the warranty they do refund. So i wish you luckk!

Ios 4.1 iphone bug ? The reason for apps freezing?

So I bought a black 16gb iphone 4 back in January .. I live in Egypt and sadly apple care here is only available for 6 months Plus ! If you update your iphone you lose apple care warranty which is stupid .. I’m about to lose my warranty in a few days so my question is .. Ebuddy is my fav messenger for iphone .. But on my iphone 4 it freezes and signs off alone ! My sister who owns a 3gs and has the 4.2.1 ios version has a perfect working ebuddy .. So my question is .. Should I contact apple care before I lose warranty? Or does it freeze because ios 4.1 is crappy ? If yes will it get fixed as I update my iphone to 4.3.3 ?

Reset or restore the device, if that fails contact apple, all 4th gen models carry a one year warranty on them, so act soon. You should update it to 4.3.3 as soon as possible too.

Whats with my iPhone camera freezing?

I have a now year old iPhone 4 and just before updating to iOS 4.3.5 the camera was freezing after a few seconds sometimes and also freezing in apps using the camera, after updating to 4.3.5 and iTunes 10.4 it still does it. Can you help me sort out this rubbish?

Why do my apps on my iPhone 4 just freeze for less than a second? this throws off some things..cananyone help?

So on my apps there are times where they freeze for about .5 seconds. This may not seem that much time, but it is on cetain apps. For example every time i play ninjump and it freezes it really thorws me off so i was wondering if this is just natural for the iPhone 4 or if there is any way that i can fix this?
